Albion in the Community's award-winning projects are looking to recruit new casual coaches in the Sussex area.

Successful applicants will deliver after-school clubs, holiday courses and Development Centres (dependent on experience and qualifications).

The aim is to offer children of all races, religions, sexes and abilities opportunities to participate in fun, safe, structured and progressive football sessions, which are delivered by by coaches who hold nationally accredited football coaching qualifications.

We are keen to hear from energetic individuals who are based in Sussex and who are seeking experience within the leisure or coaching industries, or from qualified football coaches looking for casual employment who would like to be part of our community football development programme.

What We Are Looking For

- Enthusiastic and committed individuals over 17 years of age.
- Individuals who are keen to develop and learn.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to engage children of all abilities and backgrounds in activities
- Experience working with children.
- Individuals must hold a valid Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) check or can verify that they have already applied to the FA's CRB unit (crb@thefa.com) and are waiting confirmation (must be confirmed prior to commencement).
- Individuals must hold a minimum of Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football and be prepared to commit to taking the Level 2 Certificate.
- Valid Emergency Aid Certificate (essential).
- Safeguarding Children Certificate holders (essential).
- Driving licence and use of car (essential).
